Upcoming Events for Kids and Students
Monthly Activities for Kids on Sunday Nights
5-7pm in the Mt. Gilead Gym (dates/age groups vary)
Next event January 21 – Grades 3-5, Nerf Wars
Youth Groups on Sunday Nights resume on January 7.
Middle School (Grades 6-8) meet 5:15-6:45pm at the church.
These sessions are a mixture of games, food, and bible study. Bring your friends!
High School (Grades 9-12) meet 5-7pm at House Groups.
Each Sunday night we provide an opportunity for students to hang out, worship, and learn from Scripture.
Camp Allendale Summer Camp – Grades 1-5
Registration opens in February.
Christ in Youth (CIY) – Overnight events/Summer Camps

Beyond Sunday – First Sunday of every month. Next session is January 7, 10:30-11:30am.

Recovery Group – Resumes on January 8, Monday nights, 7–8:30pm
Divorce Care – Group Starts on January 23. This is a 13-week support group that helps you heal from the pain of separation or divorce. The experience involves three main components designed to help in that healing. Visit mgchurch.org/signups for more details.
Men’s Event – Saturday, March 9. More information to come in January.
If Gathering: 2-day Women’s Event April 19-20 at Mt. Gilead. Registrations open in January. More information coming soon.

Sundays
Nursery and Preschoolers – 9 & 10:30am, go to the blue Hallway rooms.
Elementary – 9 & 10:30am, meets in the green hallway rooms.
No Sunday Youth Group programming for Grades 5-6, Middle School,
and High School due to fall break. Resumes next Sunday, October 19!
Special Needs – 10:30am left of the old Special Needs room.
Adults Sunday Morning Programming – Randy Norman is leading class at 8am in room L1.
Upcoming Events
Bundle Up Collection Drive
Stop by the table in the lobby, today thru November 2. Pick up a tag or two or sign up to volunteer for the Bundle Up Event on November 15. For more information, visit mgchurch.org/bundleup
Building Big with God Preschool Party
Sunday, October 19 at 11:30. Lunch will be provided, so bring your preschoolers for an afternoon of play, learning, and celebration! Register at mgchurch.org/signups
Divorce Support Care
Tuesdays, 6:30-8:00pm, Starts October 21
This support group is designed to provide practical and spiritual guidance with a deep understanding of the emotions and battles faced while enduring divorce and its aftermath. Register at mgchurch.org/signups
Decision Sunday
Sunday, November 16
We are celebrating decisions made for Jesus! If you have been considering baptism, Decision Sunday will be an opportunity to declare your decision to follow Jesus.
